I Can Speak Mandarin books series are written with the guideline of ACTFL (American Council Of the Teaching Of Foreign Language).
This program provides the effective method of learning Mandarin and it will help children to articulate the"when" Who" Where" what" to make Chinese sentences and speak Chinese quickly and easily.
Children will learn Chinese in an effective method with this book.
Your children will develop the listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills if you follow this book's instruction. However, many students are discouraged by the difficulty of writing Chinese characters. Teachers or parents could allow the young learners to use the pinyin instead of Chinese characters in order to help students stay in interest.
It is very important if students could develop the speaking skills at the beginning stage.

I Can Speak Mandarin For Children Level One
L1, L2 Greetings
(1) The student will learn Chinese sentence structure beginning with “who,” “when,” where” and “what.” Children will also learn to make “affirmative,” “negative” and “Interrogatory” sentences. It is so powerful that by learning these rules in just the first meeting, you'll see the students be able to construct and articulate basic everyday Mandarin sentences.
(2) The student will also learn basic greetings used in daily life.
(3) The student will learn to ask for a person’s name, in polite conversation, when meeting people for the first time.
L3, L4 What Is This?
(1) Learn to use “what” in a Chinese sentence.
(2) Learn to use “demonstrative Pronouns“ in an affirmative sentence and interrogatory sentences.
(3) Learn to introduce himself/herself when meeting friends for the first time.
L5 My Body Parts and Senses
(1) Learn names of body parts.
(2) Learn to express our feeling in Chinese.
L6 Numbers One to One Million
(1) Students will learn to count from one to one million in Chinese using a smart method that is easy to remember.
(2) Understand to use the "measure word" concept when counting objects in Chinese
